Who we are
Founded by transformational healthcare leader Denise Napier, VitalGain brings deep industry expertise gained from more than 25 years of executive leadership in the healthcare sector. Her comprehensive experience spans Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, commercial insurance, value-based care models and Integrated Delivery and Financial Systems.
As the former President and CEO of well-known health insurance companies across the nation, Denise has consistently produced exceptional results, delivering comprehensive business turnarounds, generating more than $500 million in transformational savings, and securing contract awards valued at more than $22 billion.
Her expertise extends to supporting health plans in establishing growth strategies, advising on RFPs, implementing cost containment measures, generating significant improvements in Press Ganey scores, and navigating complex rate negotiations with states. Under her leadership, Denise has successfully led multiple Medicaid and MLTSS RFP teams, resulting in contract awards worth billions.
